What we typically handle

The work varies—some clients need a full production crew, others just need equipment or a single tech on-site. Common types of support include:

  • Public event production for cities and community programs
  • AV for investor and business meetings
  • School and university events—assemblies, graduations, campus programs
  • Hotel and resort events, including working around existing in-house AV
  • Supplementing installed systems when a show needs more than what's built in
  • Equipment rentals and day-of tech support for teams running their own production

The venues and organizations listed here are examples of past work—not a complete list. Inclusion doesn't imply endorsement or formal partnership.

Service options for venues

Full-Service AV / Production

Best when timing, coordination, and reliability matter most, multiple systems must work together, and the venue team wants onsite technical operation with minimal hands-on responsibility.

Hybrid Support

Best when professional delivery, setup, and testing reduce risk while a qualified venue team member operates a straightforward system during the event.

Rentals Only

Best when the venue team already knows the equipment list and has the technical knowledge, staffing, and time to handle setup, operation, and strike.

Consulting & Training

Best for venues that already own their AV equipment and mostly operate it themselves, but want confirmation that their workflows are sound. Includes system walkthroughs, operator training, troubleshooting support, and periodic check-ins. See how this approach supported Leigh High School technical theater.
